Job Summary
To support a growing admissions team, the full-time remote Admissions Coordinator will guide clients through the pre-admission process, manage client referrals, and ensure maximum occupancy of beds and programming spots while providing excellent communication and administrative support.
Key responsibilities
- Guide clients through the pre-admission process and communicate with internal and external care teams
- Drive new admission volume performance and support internal client transitions
- Schedule pre-admission appointments and manage administrative tasks within the EHR
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related mental health field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
- 2+ years of experience in a behavioral healthcare call center and/or enrollment center desired
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite with the ability to learn new applications
