Job Summary

A company is looking for an Admissions Coordinator to facilitate the admission process for at-risk clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate high volume inbound and outbound calls from prospective clients, families, and referral sources
  • Build trust with clients and gather necessary demographic and treatment history information
  • Maintain client records in Salesforce and coordinate with internal teams to meet KPIs
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare admissions
  • Proven track record of exceeding performance targets in sales or client admissions roles
  • 1+ year of experience with Salesforce
  • Ability to work on a shift-based schedule
