Job Summary
A company is looking for an Admissions Coordinator to support patient onboarding and care coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage communications and documentation for patient service coordination
- Schedule and update patient visits, resolving conflicts and maintaining logs
- Coordinate nursing contracts and act as a liaison between pharmacy, nursing, and patients
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with electronic records preferred
- Background in clinical, medical office, or specialty pharmacy settings strongly preferred
- Familiarity with insurance processes and scheduling patients in home or suite settings preferred
