Job Summary

A company is looking for an Admissions Coordinator to provide operational and client support throughout the admissions and consultation process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Health Advisor calendars, ensuring accurate scheduling and confirmation of appointments
  • Ensure client readiness by confirming completion of pre-appointment requirements and identifying any gaps
  • Communicate with clients to build confidence and prepare them for consultations while documenting insights in the CRM
Required Qualifications
