Job Summary
A company is looking for an Admissions Coordinator to provide operational and client support throughout the admissions and consultation process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Health Advisor calendars, ensuring accurate scheduling and confirmation of appointments
- Ensure client readiness by confirming completion of pre-appointment requirements and identifying any gaps
- Communicate with clients to build confidence and prepare them for consultations while documenting insights in the CRM
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in client coordination, scheduling, or support roles preferred
- Comfort working in CRM systems and digital communication tools
- Confident, warm, and professional communication style
- Ability to gather and document client information without advising or diagnosing
