Job Summary

A company is looking for an Admissions Coordinator to support patient onboarding and care coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage communications to ensure accurate documentation and service coordination
  • Schedule and update patient visits, resolving conflicts and maintaining logs
  • Coordinate nursing contracts and serve as a communication bridge between pharmacy, nursing, and patients
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with electronic records preferred
  • Background in clinical, medical office, or specialty pharmacy settings strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with insurance processes and healthcare professionals
