Job Summary

Admissions Coordinator is a full-time remote position responsible for managing the screening of prospective residents, coordinating with families and payors, and ensuring the admission process is efficient and compliant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inquiries from prospective residents and provide information on available programs
  • Facilitate the determination of clinical and financial viability for potential residents
  • Maintain and update the patient database and ensure all necessary documentation is completed for admissions
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience, preferably in the medical field
  • Experience with HMO/PPO insurance and database management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • A combination of education and experience may substitute for the above requirements
