Job Summary
Admissions Coordinator is a full-time remote position responsible for managing the screening of prospective residents, coordinating with families and payors, and ensuring the admission process is efficient and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inquiries from prospective residents and provide information on available programs
- Facilitate the determination of clinical and financial viability for potential residents
- Maintain and update the patient database and ensure all necessary documentation is completed for admissions
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-4 years of experience, preferably in the medical field
- Experience with HMO/PPO insurance and database management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A combination of education and experience may substitute for the above requirements
