Job Summary

To support a compassionate admissions process, the full-time remote Admissions Coordinator will manage client inquiries, coordinate pre-admission services, and ensure timely placement into appropriate care levels while maintaining effective communication with clients, families, and referral sources.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for prospective clients and families, guiding them through the admissions process with professionalism and urgency
  • Coordinate and schedule pre-admission appointments, securing timely placements and managing client progression through the admissions pipeline
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and ensure compliance with quality assurance and HIPAA standards
Required qualifications
  • 1-3+ years of experience in healthcare admissions, intake coordination, or related client-facing roles
  • Experience in behavioral health or eating disorder treatment preferred
  • Familiarity with insurance verification and healthcare scheduling processes
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working directly with clients in emotionally sensitive situations strongly preferred
