Job Summary

To support individuals and families seeking treatment, the remote Admissions Coordinator will manage professional referrals, engage clients, and guide families through the admissions process while ensuring operational efficiency and meeting key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support through the admissions journey
  • Collaborate with business development teams to manage incoming referrals and maintain relationships with referral sources
  • Verify insurance benefits and coordinate financial options while ensuring accurate documentation in CRM systems
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing and/or behavioral health science preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in behavioral health admissions, preferably in inpatient, residential, PHP, or IOP settings
  • Strong call center, client engagement, or healthcare sales experience
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce), EMRs, and Office Suite
  • Typing speed of 50+ WPM while engaging in client conversations
