Job Summary
Serving as the primary contact for prospective and returning clients, the full-time remote Admissions Coordinator will manage the admissions process by coordinating referrals, scheduling appointments, and maintaining communication with clients and internal teams to ensure timely access to care.
Key responsibilities
- Guide clients and families through all stages of the admissions process with compassion and professionalism
- Coordinate and schedule pre-admission appointments while securing timely placements into appropriate levels of care
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in internal systems to support operational visibility
Required qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience in healthcare admissions, intake coordination, or related client-facing roles
- Experience in behavioral health or eating disorder treatment preferred
- Familiarity with insurance verification and healthcare scheduling processes preferred
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Strong background in customer service or sales is preferred
