Job Summary
A company is looking for an Admissions Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming lead calls, emails, and appointments, provide information, and ensure FERPA compliance
- Process applications, enrollments, fees, and refunds for learners
- Audit required documentation for enrollment and resolve conflicting information
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in college admissions, data entry, or customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
