Job Summary

A company is looking for an Admissions Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming lead calls, emails, and appointments, provide information, and ensure FERPA compliance
  • Process applications, enrollments, fees, and refunds for learners
  • Audit required documentation for enrollment and resolve conflicting information

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in college admissions, data entry, or customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
