Job Summary

A company is looking for an Admissions Counselor to increase student enrollment and guide prospective students through the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, emails, SMS, and live chats to engage potential students
• Own the full-cycle admissions process and evaluate prospective students' needs and qualifications
• Generate inquiries that convert to enrolled students and assist in reducing pre-enrollment attrition

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 1 to 2 years of experience in higher education admissions and recruiting
• Experience in a KPI/metric driven environment
• Understanding of the sales process and its challenges
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
