Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage the candidate pathway from inquiry to matriculation
• Engage in daily outbound communication with prospective students
• Promote and follow up on event registrations and maintain accurate records

Required Qualifications

• College degree or 2-4 years of relevant experience
• 3-5 years of experience in a service-oriented or university admissions setting
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• 3+ years of experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
