Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Verify and collect patient demographic and insurance information for electronic medical records
Educate patients on insurance coverage, financial liability, and assist with financial counseling
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and manage revenue cycle support activities

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED - Required
2 years in a customer service role - Required
Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Required
3 - 5 years experience in a medical facility, health insurance, or related medical field - Preferred
Medical Terminology course work - Preferred
