Admissions Counselor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Admissions Counselor to guide prospective students and families through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain contact with prospective students and families to encourage enrollment
• Assist families with completing the enrollment application and ensure all documentation is submitted accurately
• Maintain accurate records of prospective student information and application statuses in the CRM system

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• 1+ years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, or customer service roles
• Familiarity with CRM software and Google/Microsoft Office Suite
• Passion for education and student success
• Strong time management skills
