Admissions Enrollment Advisor

Job Summary

To support prospective nursing students, the full-time hourly Admissions Enrollment Advisor I will guide applicants through the Discover, Commit, Start Application journey while managing inquiries and building relationships remotely, with occasional travel required.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and manage outbound and inbound calls to set appointments and conduct interviews with prospective learners
• Provide support and information to prospective learners and their families throughout the application process while ensuring compliance with accreditation standards
• Maintain accurate learner records in the management system and generate daily activity reports for the Supervisor

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred or relevant work experience in customer service or sales
• Minimum of 2 years of College Admissions experience and 3-5 years of Sales or Recruiting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM and SIS systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with FERPA regulations
