Job Summary
A company is looking for an Admissions Manager to oversee and manage teams of Admissions Coaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Admissions Coaches with communication quality and productivity
- Handle escalated student issues and participate in planning sessions with department leadership
- Analyze performance data and prepare summaries of team activities for department leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of three years of higher education experience in relevant fields
- Management experience preferred
- Must be able to pass a consultative advising training course for certification
- High level of proficiency in Admissions Department systems and technology
