Job Summary

A company is looking for an Admissions Manager to oversee and manage teams of Admissions Coaches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Admissions Coaches with communication quality and productivity
  • Handle escalated student issues and participate in planning sessions with department leadership
  • Analyze performance data and prepare summaries of team activities for department leadership
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum of three years of higher education experience in relevant fields
  • Management experience preferred
  • Must be able to pass a consultative advising training course for certification
  • High level of proficiency in Admissions Department systems and technology
