Job Summary

A company is looking for an Admissions Navigator to provide evaluations of services to potential clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inquiries from clients and support group members through various communication methods
  • Complete the admissions process, including intake screenings and explaining services and costs
  • Refer clients to external resources if necessary and achieve a minimum of 168 qualified annual admissions


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
  • Four years of experience in a call center environment, with a focus on inbound and outbound calls
  • Two or more years of experience in an operations management role
  • Strong product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
