Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for prospective students considering enrollment
• Conduct consultative conversations to assess needs and present tailored solutions
• Manage and update prospective student information in CRM and collaborate with other departments

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of online admissions experience with adult students in a consultative role
• Self-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding metrics
• Bachelor's degree is required
• Salesforce knowledge preferred
• Demonstrated ability to succeed as an individual contributor
