Key Responsibilities

• Consults with potential students to identify goals and provide guidance on degree planning and enrollment decisions
• Evaluates academic records for admission and maintains follow-up communication with potential students
• Collaborates with other university departments to support student needs and meets performance goals

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, service, or higher education preferred
• Bilingual Spanish language skills required
• Associates Degree is necessary
