Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Admissions Representative will facilitate student enrollment by building relationships with prospective students through various outreach methods, providing accurate program information, and guiding them through the admissions process.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage individual recruitment goals and assist students from inquiry through enrollment while maintaining compliance with institutional policies
  • Provide accurate information on programs, services, and financial aid, and support students in completing necessary documentation
  • Engage in community events to promote brand awareness and generate interest in educational offerings
Required qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience in educational services, admissions counseling, or customer service
  • General knowledge of the higher education industry preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
