Admissions Representative

Job Summary

Responsible for recruiting qualified applicants for admission to the University, the full-time remote Admissions Representative will manage inquiries, conduct interviews, and facilitate follow-up activities to ensure student matriculation while adhering to ethical standards and institutional policies.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately explain educational programs, student services, and financial considerations to prospective students and their families
• Manage inquiries to achieve prompt contact and meet performance goals, securing new inquiries through referrals
• Schedule and conduct interviews, assessing candidates for enrollment based on career goal compatibility

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with one year of admissions or sales experience, or an associate's degree with three years of experience
• Sincere interest in helping others achieve their life goals
• Strong expertise with MS Office and related reporting software
• Goal-oriented, highly ethical, and able to adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and student populations
