Job Summary
Seeking a motivated, organized, and results-driven Admissions Sales Development Representative to work full-time remotely, engaging with prospective families, qualifying their needs, and scheduling consultations to support students in achieving their college admissions goals.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective families, representing the company with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach through various communication platforms to engage and nurture prospective families
- Schedule qualified consultations for the Account Executive team and maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a competitive accredited U.S. university
- One or more years of experience in sales development, customer success, or another customer-facing role with significant outbound communication
- Ability to commit to a mid-shift schedule with evening hours and at least one full weekend shift per week
- Experience using CRM software, preferably HubSpot
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship
