Job Summary

A company is looking for an Admissions Specialist to join their Admissions Center team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls to assess prospects' fit for telehealth AUD treatment and address objections
• Manage insurance eligibility and assist prospects through the enrollment process
• Meet monthly enrollment targets while tracking interactions in Salesforce CRM

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or enrollment, with a preference for sales or admissions experience
• Ability to build rapport and trust with potential patients in a professional manner
• Comfortable using various computer applications, including Salesforce and Google Suite
• Passion for healthcare and technology, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Commitment to HIPAA compliance and patient privacy policies
