Job Summary
A company is looking for an Admissions Specialist to join their Admissions Center team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery calls to engage with prospects and assess their fit for telehealth AUD treatment
- Manage insurance eligibility and assist prospects through the enrollment process
- Meet monthly enrollment targets while tracking interactions and providing feedback for process improvement
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare/patient care, or enrollment, with a preference for sales or admissions experience
- Polished and professional communication skills to build rapport with potential patients
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using various computer applications and systems
- Passion for healthcare and technology, with a commitment to finding solutions
- Commitment to HIPAA compliance and protecting patient information
