Job Summary
To support the Admissions Center team, the remote Admissions Specialist will engage with prospects, actively listen to their needs, and explain Ria Health's services while consistently meeting monthly enrollment targets.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct discovery calls to assess the suitability of Ria Health's telehealth AUD treatment for prospects
- Manage insurance eligibility by collecting and processing requests in collaboration with the Verifications Specialist
- Guide prospects through the enrollment process, ensuring high-quality conversions and addressing any objections
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare/patient care, or sales, with a preference for admissions experience
- Polished and professional communication skills to build rapport with potential patients
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, and other relevant applications
- Demonstrated passion for healthcare and technology, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Commitment to HIPAA compliance and protecting patient information
