Job Summary

Seeking a self-driven Admissions Specialist to join the remote Admissions Center team, where the individual will engage with prospects, explain Ria Health's services for alcohol use disorder treatment, and meet monthly enrollment targets in a sales-driven role.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls to assess prospects' fit for Ria Health's telehealth AUD treatment and address objections
• Manage insurance eligibility by collecting information and collaborating with the Verifications Specialist
• Guide prospects through the enrollment process and ensure accurate tracking of interactions in Salesforce CRM

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare/patient care, or sales/admissions
• Polished and professional communication skills to build rapport with potential patients
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, and other applications
• Passion for healthcare and technology, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Commitment to HIPAA compliance and patient privacy policies
