Job Summary

Seeking a self-driven Admissions Specialist, this remote position will engage with prospects to explain Ria Health's telehealth services for alcohol use disorder, actively listening to their needs and driving admissions outcomes while meeting monthly enrollment targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls to assess prospects' fit for Ria Health's treatment and address objections
• Manage insurance eligibility by collecting information and collaborating with the Verifications Specialist
• Guide prospects through the enrollment process and ensure accurate tracking of interactions in Salesforce CRM

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare/patient care, or sales, with a preference for admissions experience
• Polished and professional communication skills to build rapport with potential patients
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in computer applications such as Salesforce and Google Suite
• Passion for healthcare and technology, with a drive to find solutions in the industry
• Commitment to HIPAA compliance and protecting patient information
