Admissions Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a self-driven and motivated Admissions Specialist, the remote position will engage with prospects to explain Ria Health's telehealth services for alcohol use disorder, actively listen to their needs, and consistently meet monthly enrollment targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls to assess prospects' fit for Ria Health's treatment and address objections
• Manage insurance eligibility by collecting information and collaborating with the Verifications Specialist
• Guide prospects through the enrollment process and ensure accurate tracking of interactions in Salesforce CRM

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or admissions, with a preference for sales experience
• Strong communication skills to build rapport and trust with potential patients
• Proficiency in using computer applications and systems, including Salesforce and Google Suite
• Demonstrated passion for healthcare and technology, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Commitment to HIPAA compliance and protecting patient information
