Job Summary

Seeking a self-driven and motivated Admissions Specialist to join the remote Admissions Center team, where the role focuses on engaging with prospects, explaining Ria Health's services, and meeting monthly enrollment targets through both inbound and outbound calls.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls to assess prospects' fit for telehealth AUD treatment and address objections
• Manage insurance eligibility by collecting information and collaborating with the Verifications Specialist
• Guide prospects through the enrollment process, ensuring high-quality conversions and tracking interactions in Salesforce CRM

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare/patient care, or admissions, with a preference for sales experience
• Polished and professional communication skills to build rapport with potential patients
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, and other applications
• Passion for healthcare and technology, with a flexible and solution-driven mindset
• Commitment to HIPAA Compliance and patient privacy policies
