Job Summary

A company is looking for an Admissions Specialist (PST hours).

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from prospective patients, referring providers, and insurance case managers through various communication channels
• Collect and input prospective patient information into various platforms and systems
• Guide prospective patients through the enrollment process and verify their payment methods

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an admissions office or similar setting
• Affinity for people-focused, customer service work in a healthcare setting
• Strong self-motivation and ability to achieve goals independently and within a team
• Passion for health equity and providing culturally sensitive care
• Available to work from 10am - 6pm PST
