Job Summary

A company is looking for an Admissions Specialist to provide support for patient placement requests in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and faxed referrals for treatment options
  • Coordinate and complete patient placements while maintaining relationships with hospitals and healthcare providers
  • Adhere to performance metrics and quality assurance standards while contributing to process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 6 months' related experience required
  • Data entry speed of 25-40 keystrokes per minute required
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access, and intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Ability and willingness to learn required programs and processes
