Job Summary

To support a growing virtual treatment program for PTSD and trauma, the full-time Admissions Specialist will manage initial patient inquiries, guide prospective patients through the admissions process, and work towards booking Intake appointments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective patients and providers through calls, emails, and web inquiries, providing empathetic and professional support
  • Guide prospective patients through the admissions process, clearly communicating program value and overcoming objections to drive enrollment
  • Meet or exceed monthly conversion and booking goals while maintaining detailed documentation in the CRM system
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales, admissions, or customer service role, ideally in healthcare or a mission-driven environment
  • Proven ability to hit and exceed monthly performance or sales goals
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate prospective patients
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • A high school degree or higher
