A company is looking for an Admissions Team Lead to manage a team of Admissions Counselors and ensure enrollment goals are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 7-10 Admissions Counselors, providing coaching and support
• Conduct regular pipeline reviews and monitor team performance to meet enrollment targets
• Communicate new information and strategies effectively to the team while fostering a positive culture

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in admissions recruitment or high-volume student-facing sales environments
• Prior leadership/management experience with direct reports
• Demonstrated ability to coach teams toward performance goals
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Experience in a startup or rapidly scaling environment is a plus
