Job Summary

A company is looking for an Admissions Technology Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for CRM systems, including communication workflows and report generation
  • Assist in data and systems testing to ensure accuracy and troubleshoot issues
  • Help improve workflows and processes through digital forms and project management tools
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience
  • Experience with Computerized Information Systems; familiarity with Slate and/or Banner is ideal
  • Understanding of higher education organization and academic policies
  • Ability to maintain complex records systems and handle confidential information
  • Experience in administrative support and organizational tasks
