Job Summary
A company is looking for an Admissions Technology Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for CRM systems, including setup, reporting, and communication workflows
- Assist in data and systems testing to ensure accuracy and troubleshoot issues
- Support workflow and process improvements, including digital forms and automated communications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in technology support for office operations
- Experience with Computerized Information Systems; familiarity with Slate and/or Banner is ideal
- Understanding of higher education organization and academic policies
- Ability to maintain complex records systems
- Experience interacting effectively with diverse stakeholders, including students and faculty
