Job Summary

A company is looking for an Admissions Technology Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for CRM systems, including setup, reporting, and communication workflows
  • Assist in data and systems testing to ensure accuracy and troubleshoot issues
  • Support workflow and process improvements, including digital forms and automated communications
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in technology support for office operations
  • Experience with Computerized Information Systems; familiarity with Slate and/or Banner is ideal
  • Understanding of higher education organization and academic policies
  • Ability to maintain complex records systems
  • Experience interacting effectively with diverse stakeholders, including students and faculty
