Job Summary

An educational institution is looking for an Admissions Training and Development Specialist.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Instructor led and Web based training to new hires and existing employees
  • Conduct front-end analysis to identify instructional goals
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to management and leadership
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree is required in Business, Communications, Instructional Design or related field of study
  • 1+ years of training experience required
  • 3+ years of comprehensive admissions and/or student services experience preferred
