Position Responsibilities:

Deliver Instructor led and Web based training to new hires and existing employees
Conduct front-end analysis to identify instructional goals
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to management and leadership

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree is required in Business, Communications, Instructional Design or related field of study
1+ years of training experience required
3+ years of comprehensive admissions and/or student services experience preferred
