ADMS Operations Readiness Lead

Job Summary

Managing operational readiness and defect/vendor governance for large-scale ADMS deployments, the contract ADMS Operations Readiness Lead will focus on cutover planning, training execution, and defect lifecycle management while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end readiness planning for ADMS deployments, including cutover and post go-live support
• Own and manage the defect lifecycle, establishing governance standards and producing executive-level reports
• Serve as a liaison between utility clients, ADMS vendors, and delivery teams, coordinating stakeholder communications and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in utilities consulting, IT/OT delivery, or program management
• Direct exposure to ADMS, DMS, OMS, or SCADA systems
• Experience in operational readiness and organizational change management
• Proficiency with defect tracking tools such as Jira, HP ALM, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow
• Strong understanding of electric distribution utility operations and ADMS architecture
