Adobe CJA Architect

Job Summary

Leading the architectural execution of a 7-Pack CJA migration plan, the contract Adobe CJA Architect will work remotely to oversee schema governance, lighthouse use case enablement, and parallel run validation while collaborating with the Enterprise Marketing Analytics team.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and manage the execution of CJA migration packs, focusing on governance and validation processes
• Define canonical metrics and derived metric logic in CJA Data Views, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards
• Lead parallel run testing between Adobe Analytics and CJA, documenting variance methodologies and stakeholder education materials

Required qualifications

• Current Adobe Customer Journey Analytics certification
• Adobe Experience Platform certified architect or equivalent experience
• Experience leading five or more enterprise CJA migrations end-to-end
• Deep knowledge of AEP datasets, XDM schema design, and identity stitching
• Expertise in Adobe Web SDK implementation, including event-based architecture
