Adobe Journey Optimizer Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Specialist for a 6-month contract position that is 100% remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize real-time, event-triggered customer journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer
• Integrate and ensure data readiness with Adobe Experience Platform for AJO journeys
• Conduct testing and validation of journeys while collaborating with various teams and providing documentation

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, specifically hands-on AJO work
• Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Platform, including schemas and datasets
• Experience in building real-time event-driven journeys and multi-channel campaign flows
• Proficient in configuring email/push templates and personalization logic
• Familiarity with APIs, event triggers, and technical integrations
