Adobe RTCDP Consultant

Job Summary

To support client initiatives, the contract Adobe RTCDP Consultant will provide strategic guidance on Customer Data Platform capabilities, lead discovery sessions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective audience activation and personalization in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary consultant for clients, advising on CDP use cases and activation strategies
• Lead requirements gathering and translate business objectives into technical requirements for CDP initiatives
• Define and prioritize activation strategies that leverage various marketing channels to enhance customer engagement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an agency environment with strong consulting and client-facing skills
• 3+ years of experience specifically with Adobe Real-Time CDP
• Hands-on experience configuring Adobe RTCDP and creating complex audience segments
• Strong understanding of customer data platforms and modern data infrastructure
• College degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
