Job Summary
A company is looking for a hands-on Adobe Workfront Administrator / Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and configure Adobe Workfront, including projects, tasks, templates, custom forms, and approval workflows
- Manage and triage incoming support requests, prioritizing and resolving tickets within SLAs
- Provide first-line support to users, troubleshooting issues and guiding them on platform functionality
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront administration or support
- Strong understanding of projects, tasks, portfolios, templates, and custom forms
- Experience working in a ticket-based support environment
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users
