Job Summary

Hands-on and detail-driven, the full-time Adobe Workfront Administrator will support and maintain the Workfront platform, providing user support, managing incoming requests, and contributing to system enhancements in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and configure Adobe Workfront, including projects, tasks, templates, and workflows
  • Manage and triage incoming support requests, prioritizing and resolving tickets within SLAs
  • Provide first-line support to users, troubleshooting issues and guiding them on platform functionality
Required Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront administration or support
  • Strong understanding of projects, tasks, portfolios, and custom forms
  • Experience working in a ticket-based support environment
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users
