Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adoption Specialist responsible for driving customer engagement and product adoption across key accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor customer usage and health dashboards to identify under-utilized accounts and proactively address risk indicators
  • Execute multi-channel adoption campaigns and follow up with personalized outreach to increase engagement
  • Meet directly with customers to share product best practices and guide them through adoption milestones
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Enablement, Lifecycle Marketing, or a related customer-facing role
  • Familiarity with CRM and customer analytics platforms (e.g., Gainsight, Salesforce)
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally in a SaaS or technology environment
  • High adaptability, sense of urgency, and comfort working remotely
