Adoption Strategist

Job Summary

Driving the adoption of AI solutions, the full-time remote Adoption Strategist will work with corporate and midmarket customers to build scalable implementation processes, develop product expertise, and enhance customer engagement across the ElevenLabs platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deliver scalable implementation and enablement processes to educate customers on best practices and accelerate time-to-value
• Develop deep product expertise and proactively audit customer configurations to identify gaps and provide recommendations for improved adoption
• Track adoption metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create data-driven strategies and targeted campaigns for customer engagement

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in implementation, solutions consulting, or technical account management within a technical SaaS or AI-native company
• Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
• Proven track record of building adoption-focused programs, including onboarding tracks and scaled adoption playbooks
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and develop strategies based on data insights
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in a second European language is desirable
