Adoption Strategist

Job Summary

Driving customer engagement and product adoption, the full-time remote Adoption Strategist will design and implement scalable enablement programs, onboarding tracks, and workshops for corporate and mid-market clients in the APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deliver scalable enablement and activation programs to educate customers on best practices and accelerate their time-to-value
• Develop deep product expertise across the ElevenLabs platform, focusing on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative, while proactively auditing customer setups
• Track and analyze adoption metrics to create data-driven strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams on targeted campaigns

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in adoption, customer/partner enablement, or similar roles within an AI-native or technical company
• Proven track record of building adoption-focused programs, including onboarding tracks and scaled playbooks
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Experience managing a high-volume book of business in a mid-market or commercial segment
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required
