Adoption Strategist - Argentina

Job Summary

Driving adoption strategies for corporate and midmarket customers, the full-time Adoption Strategist - Argentina will build scalable implementation processes, develop deep product expertise, and track adoption metrics in a remote role.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deliver scalable implementation and enablement processes to educate customers on best practices
• Develop deep product expertise across the ElevenLabs platform, focusing on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative
• Track and drive adoption metrics, partnering with Revenue Operations to develop data-driven strategies and playbooks

Required qualifications

• 6+ years in implementation, solutions consulting/engineering, or technical account management at a technical SaaS or AI-native company
• Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
• Proven track record of building adoption-focused programs from the ground up
• Extremely analytical with a knack for identifying trends and opportunities
• Fluency in English and Spanish
