Adoptions Manager
Job Summary
Supporting state ELA/SLA adoptions and collaborating with internal teams, the full-time remote Adoptions Manager will manage adoption-related content accuracy, complete product-specific forms, and assist with bid submissions.
Key responsibilities
- Complete product-specific adoption forms and engage subject matter experts as needed
- Support the development and maintenance of state and public reviewer websites, including content management
- Provide input on adoption communications and support debriefs to analyze performance outcomes
Required qualifications
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in a K-12 publishing environment, with familiarity in the ELA market preferred
- 2+ years of experience in K-12 education
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity
- Demonstrated effectiveness in cross-functional collaboration with diverse stakeholders
