Job Summary

A company is looking for an ADP Vantage PTO Optimization Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide ADP Vantage system expertise to evaluate current Vantage configuration, focusing on PTO profile setup and policies
Assist clients in identifying recommended changes and making required system updates in ADP
Maintain proactive communication with clients and ADP teams regarding work efforts and recommendations

Required Qualifications:

Deep understanding and experience with ADP Vantage, specifically the Time-off functionality
Experience with time-off policy implementations/configurations
