ADP WFM Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ADP Workforce Management Implementation Project Manager to lead multi-site WFM implementation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the implementation of ADP Workforce Management systems across multiple hospital locations
• Ensure operational readiness and smooth delivery of workforce management solutions
• Act as both Project Manager and functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for WFM initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience managing ADP WFM or similar workforce management system implementations
• Strong understanding of healthcare workforce operations, scheduling, and labor management
• Proven ability to operate effectively in environments with limited vendor structure or documentation
• Demonstrated experience in multi-site healthcare environments
• PMP or other project management certifications are a plus
