ADR Billing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ADR Billing Specialist who will manage billing processes related to Medicare, Managed Care, and Medicaid.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and log therapy appeal cases, submitting them to appropriate payers
• Follow up on appeals and ensure proper logging and status updates in the system
• Assist with account research, monitoring ADR payers, and submitting write-offs on uncollectible accounts

Required Qualifications

• Understanding of Medicare, Managed Care, and Medicaid billing processes
• Background in Long Term Care billing
• Familiarity with Point Click Care, Quadax, and PrimeClaims is preferred
• Knowledge of ADR and appeals processes and workflows
• Experience with collections processes
